The Integrated Strip T5 4FT LED Grow Light (2-Pack) provides uniform light coverage for up to a 2'x4' area for low light light level requirement plants (at 12" above the plant canopy) and an 18"x4' area for medium light requirement plants (at 9" above the plant canopy). We bought the Sun White spectrum lights a year ago last April and use them to grow micro greens, baby greens and seedling starts. We are very happy with the results. Taylor answers all our questions and provides great customer service! The fixtures are light weight and super easy to set up. We are buying more lights this year as we expand our growing space.

I am using these for seedlings and micro greens and they have been working out well. I chose the Sun White spectrum and the lower wattage to encourage my plants to stretch, which is good for micro greens. The fixture is nice in that the light does not escape to the side so I never have light in my eyes.
