Very easy to install if you follow the instructions

If you have normal 4ft florescent lights you plan to retro fit make sure you buy the additional hardware too. You'll need to replace one end of the terminals with these. JACKYLED Non-Shunted Turn-Type T8 Lamp Holder UL Socket Tombstone with 10 inches Wires Attached for LED Fluorescent Tube Replacements 18-Pack https://a.co/d/5O2uiP8. Make sure you pay attention to the labels on these bulbs when connecting them as only one end is powered. Once everything is converted these work great on my cheap $20 shop lights from Lowe's.

Grow vegetables indoors all year from seed to harvest using Active Grow sunlamps
I started out with the Active Grow SunWhite 8 lamp T5 fixture. My tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers did so well that I decided to convert all my T8 fluorescent fixtures into ballast free to use T8 Active Grow SunWhite bulbs too (T8 review starts at 2:23). I have harvested so many awesome tasting vegetables. My lettuces did phenomenal under these grow lights. The hardiness and texture were way better than when I was using full spectrum fluorescent. Check out my YouTube videos at Amelia's Indoor Garden. To top it off they are located here in the US with excellent customer service. They truly have a passion for their product.
